In the event we offer any direct (user-to-user) messaging functionality to you, your messages will not be made public or disclosed by Pluto except as described in this policy or in accordance with your choices. We reserve the right (but will not be obligated to) monitor or prescreen direct messages for content. Our Terms of Use and other platform policies will apply, and we may access your direct messages in connection with complaints of violations of the Terms of Use or other platform policies, or in connection with our other legal rights and obligations.   • If you enter a contest, sweepstakes or other promotion
